At Ashdown Safety, we bring over 15 years of experience as both Principal Designer and CDM Advisors, offering expert guidance to ensure you meet your obligations under both the CDM Regulations 2015 and the newly implemented Building Safety Act.

The Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations 2015 assign responsibilities to Clients involved in construction projects, as well as to key duty holders such as Principal Contractors, Contractors, Designers, and Principal Designers.

We are qualified Principal Designer and CDM Advisors led by a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS) and a Chartered Health and Safety Advisor.

Based in East Sussex, our CDM / Principal Designer Advisors offer our CDM and Principal Designer Advisor Services to an array of Clients Designer and Contractors   companies in Construction Design & Architecture.

We work across much of the UK including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex and London.

What does it cost?

​Our CDM Services and Principal Designer Advisor services can be carried out for a specific fee proposal based on our day rate of £640 + VAT. Please contact us and we’d be delighted to discuss this further.
